Today I helped my Mom clean out a closet and organize her scrapbook room, yes room. She has a whole room of this stuff, which I m now interested in.... That, however, is not the point. While cleaning out this closet today, I found several strange things:
1. a bag of ears, yes, thats right, a bag of ears
2. 2 smooshed Baby Ruths - I think this is a crime punishable by death in Botswana
3. a pair of pink roller skates. The skates aren't strange, the fact that we don't know who they belonged to is strange
4. Easter candy from... oh.. I don't know, 1987
The bag of ears, by the way, are kids toys - spare parts is what the container says. Its full of ears, lips, fingers, noses. I dont know where it came from or why it was there but my 5 year old nephew is going to enjoy freaking his Mama out with them, and I am going to help. Hey, what are really cool, fun aunts for?!

That's an odd combination of things. It is funny what we save. Have fun with your nephews and the ears!
