Today as I drove down Quintard Ave. with my windows down and music turned up, singing with Air Supply- I'm All out of Love (yes Air Supply, I'm a child of the 80's). The green green trees were so pretty against the blue sky, and the sweet smell of fresh cut grass. The city workers were cutting the median and I am sure they were doing a great job, but what I noticed was the wonderful smell. It smelled like sweet cucumbers. Fresh, clean, springy, green grass smells so good. Its such a happy smell, I believe smells can be happy and today, I was happy!
