Things that go bump in the night

Its been a little while since I last blogged, I've been... preoccupied. There are things I want to say and didnt know how or when to say them. After much deliberation with myself and some procrastination I have decided to just say it plane as day and be done with it.

I am no loner pregnant. As of last Friday, March 21, 2008. The sonogram showed the baby was in the wrong place, the fallopian tube, again, and had to be removed, again. That day we went to the doc to see our first picture of the baby, we saw it, in the wrong place, Jeremy saw its heart beat, which makes all of this that much harder. 30 minutes latter I am sitting on a hospital bed in a lovely green 1975 issue hospital gown, waiting, again.

After a few phone calls, the news started spreading. The nurse took her time filling out the War and Peace version of my hospital info. for my "emergency" surgery. I was wheeled away and the rest is a blur.

Jeremy and I have talked some during the day but when the lights go out and everything is still and quiet I'll hear Jeremy say,
"Bell? (he calls me Bell) are you asleep?"
me: No
Jeremy: What are you thinking about?
me: the peanut (thats what we called the baby, 'cause it was that size)
Jeremy: me too
me: why do these thought go bump in the night?
Jeremy: because its quiet and there are no distractions.
me: I liked it better when it was just monsters and boogy men.
